Like a tree by a stream
You’ll grow roots and bear fruit
When you find your delight
In the law of the Lord
You will be fulfilled when you shun the wickeds' ways,
When you don't stand in the way of the sinner.
You won't sit with those who scoff, but will contemplate the Law
Day and night, your delight is the Lord

Never withering a leaf or a blossom
But whatever you do, you will prosper through and through
You will find your delight in the Lord

But the wicked, they are like chaff that blows away,
They won't stand up in the day of the judgment
None who follow sin's embrace go where godly congregate,
Where the righteous delight in the Lord

For the Lord can see where the righteous put their feet
