Chorus:
Glory, sang the angels,
To God in the heavenly heights
And peace on earth to all those
In whom God delights
In whom God delights!

There they sat in the darkness
Watching over the flocks
Suddenly they were blinded
By reverence and shock
A messenger of the Lord appeared,
With God's own glory ablaze
I bring you good news, so don't be afraid!

Chorus:
Let your light shine around you
That all those who see you
Will see your good works
But sing praise
And give glory
And give glory
To your Father, your Father in heaven

You are the salt of the earth,
But if salt has no flavor, what then?
The saltiness will not return
It'll be thrown out and trampled by men

We live in a lonely people, from sea to selfish sea
Wearing the weight of the world ‘round their necks
Where can they find release?

We feel the darkness so clearly, mostly within our own hearts
But when we return to the only true Light
He gives us hope’s true spark

Chorus:
Let the light of love shine through your life,
Shine wherever you are
And when seeking eyes look to the skies
Be for them a Bethlehem star
