Good things : Text is based on scripture and brings out the meaning.
Things to work on : I mean this in the nicest way, but throw out the arrangement. It is not you and sounds hokey. The text is too good to sound like this. The vocal melody is also good but needs some variation. The percussion backup sounds fake. Get someone to play a good djembe on a slow rock ballad beat. Instead of emphasis on and 4, put a strong beat on 3. Try that and then re-record.
